The sunroom with game table leads to a private patio with outdoor furniture and gas grill. One bedroom with a king bed is on the main floor along with a large, two sink bath w/shower. Upstairs are three separate bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and four twin beds), a bath with tub/shower, and a laundry room w/washer and dryer. Central air, cable TV, WIFI, linens and bath towels, and kitchen utensils and dishes provided. Rental of the Carriage House also includes: a pier for your boat and enjoyment of the 176 acre all-sport lake, beach, boathouse, multiple decks to sun and relax on, a large swimming pool, hot tub w/ cabana room, two fire pits, and a pergola swing

The Manor House has likewise undergone a major restoration and remodel and is available for larger families and groups that are looking for a private retreat for all. The Manor House is only available for rent when rented with the Carriage House. A wood-burning fireplace graces the large sunroom that provides beautiful views of the lake and comes with exits to multiple deck areas leading to both the pool and the lake. A living room with large screen, cable TV, comfy seating, and gas fireplace is located next to a large dining room that seats 8 also with exits and views of the pool and cabana/hot tub. The open concept, light-filled gathering room with gas fireplace is connected to the gorgeous, well-equipped kitchen making cooking for the group great fun for all! Just outside the Manor House is the delightful pool with fountain, multiple decks with furniture to lounge on, gas grill, cabana room with steamy hot tub for night-time relaxing. A half bath and laundry room complete the downstairs, along with a bathroom accessible to the pool & hot tub. Upstairs is a luxurious Master Suite with bath and king size bed. Two additional beautifully decorated, large bedrooms with king size beds, and one smaller bedroom with day bed are available. A lovely, shared hall bath with tub and shower completes the upstairs.
As with the Carriage House, Central air, WIFI, linens and bath towels, and kitchen necessities are provided. Come enjoy boating and fishing from your own pier on Three Mile Lake. The sandy beach area is available for sand castle building. The HGTV style decorated boathouse comes with furniture for relaxing and enjoying the lake up close and a refrigerator for storing your picnic lunch. A large deck with rocking chairs for relaxing and sunning overlooks the lake and beach. And for those who absolutely love s’mores, a fire ring is available on the beach for nighttime toasting.
Rental of the Manor House is available only when rented with the Carriage House.
